Havoc: The Hundred Years War	"Cry 'Havoc' and let slip the dogs of war"... in this card game, players compete in a series of battles by recruiting soldiers to form sets (poker hands) to win victory points.

Power Grid	Another highly rated board game...buy power plants through an auction, acquire resources at the right time in fluctuating market, and build a strong network of cities. Great game on many levels.

Heroscape	It takes a while to set up the board, but Heroscape is an awesome game to play.

Bang!	A great card game that accomodates a large group. The rules area little hard to explain, but once you understand them, the game is so much fun.

San Juan	The simpler and faster version of the top rated game Puerto Rico

Buyword	Game of the Year (2005) - I love word games and this is definitely right up there with Scrabble and Boggle. You can even play this game by yourself.

Settlers of Catan	For people who enjoy strategy games, this is a must-have. It's been highly rated for as long as I can remember, and rightfully so.
